This website is operated by Fortunas Studio, Daniele Pizzo, Schmiedgasse 48, 8640 Rapperswil, Switzerland. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

2. Products

All products are custom-made on demand via our production partner Printful. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color or print placement may occur.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in CHF and include applicable taxes. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide via our partner Printful. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products are individually produced, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy for full details.
