Return & Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products in our store are individually produced on demand by our partner Printful. As such, they are considered custom-made goods and are generally exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Swiss law (OR) and EU consumer protection regulations.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Color

As products are made to order based on your selection, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect size or color chosen by the customer. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 business days.
